Service Issue April 4th

Service is back online.

I want to apologize to our users for this downtime. This was a critical problem of server space, and required us to set up a new server with bigger data allowance. Unfortunately, it took around 8 hours just to copy our existing database. During this time, we were unable to send or receive new emails.
However many email services will put emails in queue and they would have re-delivered them as soon as our service went back online.

Hello,

We're aware of the issue logging into SCRYPTmail and are working to correct the problem. The cause of the outage is that we've run out of space on our database servers. We expect the outage to be at least another hour. I'll reply here when there is an update.
